# Playground

> Judge one ticket against a draft or a published pack from the app.

Playground judges one ticket in the app. It uses your browser session. It can run the draft, so you can read answers before you publish.

REST, MCP, and inbound webhooks ignore the draft and judge the published version.

## Request

The playground calls `POST /api/app/judge` with the session cookie:

```json theme={null}
{
  "packId": "PACK_ID",
  "version": "draft",
  "ticket": {
    "subject": "Charged twice for May",
    "customerMessage": "I was billed twice and want one refunded."
  }
}
```

`version` is `draft` or `published`. `published` with no live version is `409`.

The response matches `POST /api/judge`: `{ evaluationId, result, packVersionId }`. The stored source is `playground`.

A gateway failure is `200` with `status: "review"` and `gateway_auth` or `gateway_unavailable` in `reviewReasons`.

## What to look at

Read `result.answers` against the question you wrote, then `reviewReasons` against the threshold. Change the draft and run again. Each run is a new evaluation. Publish when the published callers should see that document.
